Collection, processing and utilisation of personal data

Personal data is only collected and stored if you have supplied it of your own accord, for example by email. We use the data that you have provided exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling and processing your order, preparing an invoice and answering any questions you may have. The data-processing follows legal requirements. After completely processing your order the data is deleted after the mandatory storage periods defined in tax and commercial legislation.

Storing your personal data

We protect our website and other systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification and distribution of your data by unauthorized persons.

We would like to point out that the transfer of any data on the internet (e.g. during communication by e-mail) may have security gaps. It is not possible to protect such data completely against access by third parties.

Our email inbox is emptied several times a week. Medical advice by e-mail is not possible. All e-mail sent to us will be treated by us according to doctor-patient confidentiality.

Our web hosting provider stores access data such as the name of the file you have requested, the date and the time and the name of the provider in so-called server logfiles. This data is solely used to monitor that the web server operates without errors and to improve our product range but this data does not allow us to identify you by name.

Use of cookies or plug-ins

This website does not use any cookies. We do not use any social media plug-ins such as Facebook, Instagramm or Twitter.

This site uses so-called Google Web Fonts for the proper representation of fonts. If you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its cache to display texts and fonts correctly. To do so, your browser has to connect to Google's servers. As a result, Google learns that our website has been accessed via your IP address.

Web analysis software

We do not use any web analysis software such as Google Analytics or Google Adwords Conversion Tracking. We have an entry in Google Business. Accordingly, Google prepares anonymous access statistics for us, but this data does not allow us to identify you by name.

You have a right to be provided with information free of charge relating to your stored data and, where applicable, the right to correct, block or delete this data.
